Our online store accepts the following credit cards:

We also accept checks and money orders, but they must be received in advance. Orders placed indicating check or money order as method of payment will be held for shipping until payment arrives and clears the bank.

Delivery Options and Damage Claims

We offer free shipping for orders delivered in the continental U.S. We ship most cages via UPS and all orders will take 5-7 business days for delivery. Casa Blanca and Casbah are shipped via common carrier (freight lines). Freight lines charge a surcharge of $30 for home delivery which is passed on to our customers.

For J-Birds to be responsible for damages that may occur, the buyer must open all boxes and inspect all cages at the time of delivery and have the driver acknowledge damage on the delivery ticket. If the buyer fails to have the driver acknowledge damaged goods, J-Birds will, at our discretion, replace any damaged pieces or deliver a new cage but the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges.

We do accept orders for delivery outside of the continental U.S. but charge only the exact cost for shipping. We never mark up shipping costs!

We will adjust charges to your credit card for shipping outside of the continental United States.

Return Policy

We accept returns for refund within the first 48 hours after delivery. Please email us immediately and inform us of the reason for the return. Items arriving damaged or defective will receive full refund and will be issued a delivery call tag and will be picked up at no charge.
